Charleston Snow Storm

As the snow approaches Charleston, we’ve had to reschedule quite a few appointments for Wednesday and Thursday. We’re thinking of everyone and hope you stay safe while enjoying this rare winter wonderland. It’s not often that Charleston gets snow, and we’re sure the kids will have an absolute blast!


Meanwhile, behind the scenes, our new building is coming along beautifully, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the progress. We’ve made some exciting

decisions—wood floors will be installed within the next two weeks, and the painters are already hard at work. If you haven't seen our new front door yet, it’s been completely sanded down to reveal a stunning light brown wood underneath the old dark paint. The moment we saw it, we knew we wanted to preserve its natural charm, so we're sealing it to maintain its beautiful tone.


The hand railings have been freshly painted, and the entire building—front and back—has been pressure washed, making it look brand new. Every time we visit to check on progress or work on our upstairs break room, we see more and more coming together. It’s such an exciting transformation!


Opening Soon: Expanded Space & More Appointments

We’re still on track for our grand opening on March 1st, and we already have our first large group booked for March 8th. We’re thrilled to welcome wedding parties,



bachelorette groups, and bachelor parties to our new space. If you've been waiting for an appointment, the good news is that we’ll be opening up availability around February 15th, and our email subscribers will get first access before we post to Instagram—so stay tuned!


In our new location, we’ll have six suites, including two double suites, so you can enjoy a relaxing experience with friends or loved ones. We’ll have four technicians working at the same time, meaning we can accommodate more guests each day. Our hours will initially range from 9 AM to 4 or 5 PM, giving us the flexibility to serve even more of you. If you have a gift card or plan to buy one for Valentine's Day, you’ll be able to use them in March when we officially expand our availability.


Connecting with Our Community


Since the start of the year, we’ve received nearly 400 voicemails, and that’s not even counting emails and messages on Instagram and TikTok. We are working diligently to respond to everyone, and we truly appreciate your patience and support. Seeing our community so engaged and eager to experience our services makes all the hard work worth it.


We’re also incredibly proud of our high rebooking rate—about 75% of clients who visit us for a Head Spa treatment end up booking again within a couple of months. That tells us we’re providing an experience that people truly love, and it means the world to us to see so many familiar faces returning.

Looking ahead, the next update will hopefully include some exciting news about furniture deliveries and room setups, bringing our vision of a full-service spa to life. We’re also growing our team, with eight technicians now working with us—many are currently in training, so you may see them shadowing or assisting during your visits.
