Terms and Conditions

By booking an appointment at Charleston Head Spa, you agree to the following terms:


Cancellation Policy:

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Large group bookings (3+ clients) require one week’s notice for cancellations.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a 30% charge.

  • No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the service price.

Late Arrivals:

  • Clients should arrive at least 5 minutes before their scheduled appointment.

  • Arriving late may result in a shortened service time to accommodate other bookings.

Age Requirements:

  • Clients must be able to remain still during their service.

  • Minors must have parental consent and a parent/guardian must be present during the service.


Gift Card Policy:

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and do not expire.

  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.


Liability Waiver:

  • Clients acknowledge that services are provided by licensed professionals but accept that results may vary.

  • Charleston Head Spa is not responsible for adverse reactions or sensitivities to products used.
