Refund & Return Policy Service Refunds:

• We do not offer refunds on services unless the service was impacted by circumstances within our control (e.g., lack of hot water, power outage, or other facility-related issues).

• If an issue arises due to Charleston Head Spa, we will reschedule the appointment at no additional cost or cancel it without charge.

Retail Product Returns:

• Retail products may be returned for a refund only if they are damaged or defective.

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

• Refunds for eligible returns will be issued back to the original payment method.

Gift Cards:

• All gift card sales are final—no returns or refunds.
