Refund or Return Policy
Refund & Return Policy Service Refunds:

We do not offer refunds on services unless the service was impacted by circumstances within our control (e.g., lack of hot water, power outage, or other facility-related issues).

If an issue arises due to Charleston Head Spa, we will reschedule the appointment at no additional cost or cancel it without charge.
Retail Product Returns:

Retail products may be returned for a refund only if they are damaged or defective.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds for eligible returns will be issued back to the original payment method.
Gift Cards:

All gift card sales are final—no returns or refunds.

Gift cards do not expire and can be used for services or products.
